One of these services, overmolding, is a custom injection molding process whereby we mold a material over a Zeus tube. Overmolded tubing is a great option for changing the surface or texture of a finished part, attaching a fitting or connector, improving the final appearance of your product, and much more.

Overmolded part size is typically limited to 1″ (25.4 mm) × ½″ (12.7 mm) maximum. It is also highly recommended that the tube or part to be overmolded has a feature or detail that allows it to form a mechanical lock with the overmolded material.

Resins available for tube overmolding include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).
