Zeus Welcomes Kevin Greer as Orangeburg Plant Manager
Orangeburg, S.C. – October 8, 2025 – Zeus, the world’s leading polymer extrusion and catheter design manufacturer, has named Kevin Greer Plant Manager of its Orangeburg, S.C., facility. Established in 1981, Orangeburg was Zeus’ first South Carolina site and continues to play a critical role in producing medical technologies that save lives worldwide.
Greer brings more than 25 years of manufacturing experience and 17 years in servant leadership roles with global organizations. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he is recognized for driving safety, quality, and efficiency improvements, achieving an 80% reduction in safety incidents, a 40% decrease in scrap rates, and multi-million-dollar performance gains through lean manufacturing systems.
“Kevin brings deep experience and a proven record of operational leadership,” said Josh Larson, VP of Manufacturing at Zeus. “His ability to engage teams and deliver sustainable results will strengthen our Orangeburg operations and support Zeus’ mission of enabling innovation and enhancing lives.”
Most recently, Greer served as Director of Manufacturing for FN America. He has also held senior leadership positions at Lennox International/Allied Air, Harsco Corporation, Eaton Corporation, and Westinghouse Electric Company, where he consistently advanced operations while building high-performing teams in both union and non-union environments.

Greer holds an MBA in International Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
