Zeus Promotes Juan Perez to Branchburg Plant Manager

BRANCHBURG, N.J. – September 29, 2025 -Zeus, the world’s leading manufacturer of polymer extrusion and catheter design, has named Juan Perez as Plant Manager of its Branchburg, N.J., facility. Initially established in 1966 in Raritan, N.J., and later moved to Branchburg, this was Zeus’ first location and continues to be vital in producing advanced polymer solutions for life-saving medical technologies.

“Juan’s expertise in operations leadership and his passion for building high-performing teams will be invaluable as we continue to grow our Branchburg operations,” said Josh Larson, Vice President of Manufacturing. “His background in continuous improvement and lean practices will strengthen our ability to deliver world-class solutions for our customers.”

Perez has over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies across the medical, military, and aviation industries. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a Toyota Production System Certification, Perez is known for his ability to implement lean practices, build strong teams, and achieve operational excellence.

Before joining Zeus, Perez held leadership roles at Peloton Interactive, S&A Molders, Andersen Windows, MechoSystems, and B&B Millwork. He joined Zeus in 2023 as Production Manager.
