Zeus Appoints Robert “Cory” James as Gaston Site Plant Manager

September 18, 2025 – Zeus, the world’s leading polymer extrusion and catheter design manufacturer, has appointed Robert “Cory” James as Plant Manager of its Gaston, S.C., facility, which has been a cornerstone of the company’s operations since 1996.

James brings more than 15 years of leadership in operations, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. A U.S. Army veteran, certified Project Management Professional, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has built a career on driving operational excellence, advancing safety, and delivering sustainable growth. Known for pairing strategic vision with hands-on execution, he will be instrumental in strengthening Zeus’ mission to provide solutions, enable innovation, and enhance lives.

Most recently, James served as Engineering Manager at Assa Abloy Fenestration, where he introduced standardized processes, enhanced safety practices, and led cross-functional teams to expand automation and increase throughput. He has also held leadership roles at DeJana Trucking and Equipment, AGCO Corporation, Vytex Windows, and other manufacturing organizations.
