Climate & SBTi
To optimize internal operations, we have measured our carbon emissions, set reduction goals, and validated our decarbonization targets through the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
Optimizing Our Value Chain
Operational sustainability extends beyond Zeus’ own facilities, so we are engaging our suppliers on climate action through data collection, target validation, and collaboration on strategic procurement.
Ultimately, we aim to deepen supplier engagement, ensuring that all high-impact partners align with science-based targets and contribute to our shared climate goals.
Waste Reduction
Reducing waste is equally central to minimizing our environmental footprint. In 2026, we have committed to standardizing data collection processes across all sites.
As a first step this includes, but is not limited to, recycling rates, quantity of waste destined for the landfill, and hazardous and non-hazardous waste generation.

Our inaugural employee engagement survey in 2025 earned strong team participation and high ratings of Zeus’ commitment to safety, continual focus on treating team members with respect, and pride in the company’s efforts to make a positive impact on the world.
As we look ahead, we will leverage our engagement survey responses, EPIC feedback sessions, employee management communication forum, and quarterly companywide assemblies to strengthen the employee experience.

We require ethics and business conduct training for all employees – ensuring our team understands and adheres to our principles as they evolve with the growth of our business.
Supplier Code of Conduct
We are working to formalizing a Supplier Code of Conduct to communicate expectations for ethical behavior and responsible business practices among suppliers and partners.
Voluntary Sustainability Frameworks
We’re engaging in formal tracking via platforms such as EcoVadis to manage risk and ensure that our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives are embedded throughout our operations.

Independent third-party laboratory analysis of representative samples of PFX products has confirmed total fluorine levels of less than 20 ppm.
Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) targets are greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction goals that align with what the latest climate science deems necessary to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement. Specifically, they aim to limit global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels. The SBTi provides the framework and independent validation to ensure corporate climate goals are rigorous and measurable.
A Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) is the total amount of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated throughout the life cycle of a specific product or service.
