Primarily featuring FEP, Zeus heat shrink roll covers are perfectly suited to protect a wide variety of rollers routinely used across many industrial categories. Just about anywhere you can envision the application of a roller – from the smallest printer to the largest textile mill – our roll covers can improve processing and efficiency.
Rolls protected with Zeus heat shrink have little to no accumulation of sticky residues from repetitive high-speed production runs and thus minimizes line stoppages for cleaning. Roll covers are also an excellent option for reconditioning old, used, and worn rollers instead of purchasing new ones.
Our heat shrinkable roll covers can be used in hot or cold applications and exhibit excellent chemical resistance to almost all commonly encountered solvents. These roll covers are also resistant to abrasion and provide an excellent moisture barrier to protect your rollers.

Our roll covers are available with nominal wall thickness of 0.020″ (0.508 mm) and in natural (translucent) color. Custom sizes and lengths are always available. Check with the Zeus team to get your quote started.
Printer and Photocopier Rollers – When used to cover print rollers, our heat shrink can extend the life of your roller while improving the quality of the image; better quality imaging means that printer speeds can be increased.
Paper Processing Rollers – For this application, FEP roll coverings applied to feed rollers improve paper handling for more trouble-free operation.
Textile Rollers – For heavy production areas, roll covers extend the life of these rollers, minimize cleaning, and reduce down-time.
Food Packaging Rollers – For wrapping and sealing rollers for the food packing industry, many of our heat shrink roller coverings are biocompatible with USP Class VI standards. Our FEP roll covers, for example, can also be sterilized via gamma, ETO, e-beam, and autoclaving methods.

Our roll covers are impervious to corrosive chemicals, solvents, acids, shock, abrasion, high temperatures, and moisture.
Roll covers eliminate sticky build-up problems. Cleaning can be done with a solvent or reagent.
Fits Varying Shapes – The heat shrink nature of our FEP roll covers means that they can conform to a variety of unconventional shapes should your operation employ an usual roller design.
Non-Stick Surface – Our FEP heat shrink has a highly lubricious surface. Thus, rollers covered with this material are equally resistant to substances sticking to them.
No Pickling – Covering metal rolls with FEP heat shrink protects these rolls from exposure to the chemicals and other work place contaminants. Thus, covering eliminates the need for pickling to clean the roller surfaces. Instead, simply replace the heat shrink roll cover!
Low Maintenance – With your rollers protected with heat shrinkable roller coverings, maintenance becomes quick and easy: FEP heat shrink resists chemicals and is thus easier to wipe clean. Using a heat shrink roll cover also eliminates having to remove rolls to re-apply a non-stick or other protective spray coating.
Easy Installation – Zeus heat shrink roll cover sleeves easily slide onto rolls and can be applied with a hand-held heat gun. Installation is quick and easy and can be accomplished by plant personnel during routine maintenance. These roll covers bond to rubber, metal, and foam rolls.
Chemical Resistance – Our FEP heat shrink is chemically inert to almost all common chemicals from acids, bases, to hydrocarbons.
Handles Delicate Materials – Rollers covered with our FEP heat shrink have a very smooth-to-the-touch surface. This surface minimizes the “depth” of contact with the material they are used for (such as labels for a printer, etc.) providing a “gentler” interaction for fragile materials.
Reduces Labor Costs – With the easy change-out and installation of our FEP heat shrink roll covers, minimal technical expertise is required reducing the man-power required and line stoppages.
Heat Resistant – After our FEP heat shrink roll cover is applied, it can tolerate a working temperature up to 400 °F (204 °C).
