StreamLiner™ OTW is the latest addition to our best-in-class series of extruded PTFE catheter liners. With inherently more strength yet comparable wall thickness and flexibility to that of film cast liners, StreamLiner™ OTW extrusions open up new pathways to deliver lifesaving therapies. Supplied in discrete lengths over silver-plated copper wire, these super-thin-walled liners allow increased lumen potential while maintaining the lowest possible profile for your finished device and are soon to be the industry standard for flexible catheter designs.
With the introduction of StreamLiner™ OTW, the Sub-Lite-Wall™ StreamLiner™ series is now available in both free extruded (no wire/mandrel) and over-wire configurations, giving you even more options for your designs. Free extruded StreamLiners™ are available with inside diameters (IDs) ranging from 0.004″ (0.102 mm) – 0.120” (3.048 mm), while StreamLiner™ OTW is available in ID’s from 0.013″ (0.330 mm) – 0.0915” (2.3241 mm).
