This unique PTFE/FEP bilayer heat shrink provides a higher level of protection than conventional heat shrinks. This product delivers a tight and moisture resistant bond over wires, cables, connectors, sensors, terminals, splices, and many other components.
PEEK coating stays on the wire even at temperatures up to 260 °C (500 °F). This robust polymer excels in harsh environments and difficult working conditions. PEEK’s material properties are maintained over long lengths and without pinholes.
This popular polymer coating goes almost anywhere your sensor technology does. Chemical and steam environments do not affect PEEK’s performance as an optical coating. Zeus has optimized our coating process to stabilize PEEK during extreme temperature fluctuations.
