Lay-Flat tubing of PEEK can be supplied in widths up to 4 inches (2.5" ID) and with wall sizes ranging from .002" up to .006" thick. Available in long continuous lengths, PEEK Lay-Flat tubing eliminates the need for inconsistent polyamide spiral wound materials or labor intensive tapes and films that have to be wrapped. With a continuous operating temperature of 485ºF while retaining excellent mechanical properties, PEEK is an ideal high tensile, chemical and abrasion resistant material. PEEK is also uniquely available from Zeus in a heat shrinkable tube configuration.
