ORANGEBURG, SC - Zeus, Inc., a global leader in high performance polymer extrusions, has named Karolyn P. Smalls as its Director of Strategic Marketing. Smalls is an experienced strategic project manager and has also spent time in market intelligence research within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial and technology industries.

Smalls received her Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland and her Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Charleston. She previously was the Manager of Panel Development for comScore Networks, a global Internet information provider. Before that, she served as a Research Manager for Signia Partners, a leading market research and competitive intelligence consulting firm in Arlington, Virginia. There, her primary responsibilities included directing two ongoing monthly and quarterly competitor monitoring research deliverables. Smalls and her husband, Adrian, have one son, Jonathan.
