ORANGEBURG, SC - Zeus, Inc., a global leader in high performance polymer extrusions, has announced three internal promotions. The company named Bob Ballard as its Vice President of Research and Strategic Business Development, Jamie McLean as Vice President of Corporate Business Systems, and Rob Hall as Vice President of Engineered Extrusions.
Hall and McLean have been with the Orangeburg, SC-based company for 17 years each, respectively, while Ballard has been with Zeus for nine.
"Bob, Rob, and Jamie are integral parts of our company. They have been members of the Zeus family for many years now, and we will continue to expect great things out of them in the future," says Zeus President and COO John Worley.
Ballard will continue to direct new polymer research and explore untapped areas in polymer science while formulating new business development strategies.
Hall will be overseeing strategic activities involving Engineered Extrusions. He previously worked as a sales manager and supervisor.
McLean will be closely involved in managing the company's technology across its many departments -- including both sales and manufacturing.
About Bob Ballard
Ballard joined Zeus’ research and development department in 1998. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from American International College and performed graduate work in Executive Management at Cambridge College. Ballard and his wife Chris have been married for 32 years, and they have a daughter, Sierra, and a son, Josh.
About Rob Hall
Hall joined Zeus’ sales department in 1990. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Applied Professional Sciences. He quickly ascended to several sales management positions, followed by assignments as OEM Sales Manager and District Sales Manager. Hall has been married to his wife Carla for 12 years. He has a stepdaughter, Krista, and a grandson, Logan.
About Jamie McLean
McLean joined Zeus’ sales department in 1990 after graduating from Wofford College with a B.S. in Biology. He quickly ascended to several sales management positions, followed by assignments as Sales Operations Manager and Director of Business Communication. As Corporate Director of Manufacturing Systems, McLean acted as the liaison between the numerous user groups of computer systems and Zeus’ IT group.
