Zeus, Inc., the industry pioneer in the design and production of high-performance multi-lumen tubing, today announced the completion of a focused initiative to provide accelerated multi-lumen prototyping for advanced applications through a larger selection of available resins and dramatically faster turnaround times..
Zeus has expanded the number of resins it uses to manufacture multi-lumen tubing to include PTFE, Pebax®, PEEK, FEP, PFA, Nylon12, and THV, among others, while also finalizing a sizable investment in additional state-of-the-art equipment. Leveraged with Zeus’ renowned technical expertise, these new capabilities drastically reduce turnaround times - typically one week from drawing to samples.

Multi-lumen tubing is a specialty at Zeus; years of experience in manufacturing these specialized profiles have resulted in capabilities unmatched in the industry. The numerous lumens or "passages" that can be designed into Zeus multi-lumen tubing allow design engineers to push the creative envelope and expand the capabilities of their products.
Multi-lumen tubing is often used in demanding applications such as minimally invasive surgery, where the ultra-miniature lumens allow for multiple functions within a limited space. Electronics engineers also combine the insulating properties of fluoropolymers with the endless range of profiles and lumen configurations to create high-performance insulated cable systems.
